GenTek®
Genuine Restorative Components
Efficient. Flexible. Genuine.
GenTek restorative components support digitally driven CAD/CAM restorations for ZimVie Implant Systems

Premium implants deserve premium prosthetic components. For long-term clinical success, it is essential that the interface between the implant and abutment are designed to work together. This is required to ensure a robust and stable interface that delivers the long-term aesthetics and function that patients demand.

GenTek® ASC Ti-Bases & Encode® Emergence Healing Abutments

GenTek® Ti-Bases με Standard Post
- Reliability: The use of genuine ZimVie components guarantees the longevity and stability of the prosthetic restoration
- Clinical Freedom: The ability to cut the post at the 4.0 mm groove offers the dentist and technician the flexibility to adjust the height according to the available interproximal space
- Optimized Digital Workflow: Compatibility with the CEREC system reduces milling time and increases the precision of the final restoration
GenTek® Angulated Screw Channel Ti-Bases
- Ease of Placement: Insert the screw into the restoration before placing it in the patient’s mouth for a more efficient transfer procedure
- Simplified Removal Process: No abutment removal tool is required to disengage the Ti-Base during the removal process
- Maintaining Cutting-Edge Technology: The new design retains our company’s Friction-Fit™ technology in the ASC Ti-Bases

GenTek® Scan Bodies
A perfect restorative design starts with a perfect scan in every CAD/CAM restoration. GenTek Scan Bodies lay the foundation for a highly precise digitization of the implant position, whether acquired with an intraoral scanner or a desktop scanner.
- Precise Fit: A titanium connection ensures a precise fit with the implant
- Slim Asymmetric Design: A slim asymmetric design to fit in narrow interproximal spaces that does not exceed the implant platform.
- Dual Functionality: Dual functioning for intraoral and desktop scanning
- High-Tech Material: The body is constructed of PEEK material to provide a favorable surface for optical scanners
- Usage Recommendation: The Zfx Torque Wrench is recommended for tightening the GenTek Scan Bodies when used for scanning in the lab. It features a torque control mechanism that ensures proper tightening torque on the lab mode
